Payment and Reservation Terms & Conditions

• We include all taxes in our website prices.  Please note that the 15% tax is NOT included if you reserve through a booking engine, such as Hostelworld or booking.com.

 

• We offer free cancellation up to 3 days before your arrival date.  For example, if your reservation is for August 10th, you can cancel your reservation for free until August 7th.

 

• No prepayment is needed. **

 

• We reserve the right to temporarily charge your credit card the price of your first night’s stay in order to confirm that the card works.  We will refund this charge immediately.

 

• We reserve the right to charge your credit card the price of your first night’s stay if you cancel your reservation less than 3 days before your scheduled arrival date.

 

• We reserve the right to charge your credit card the full price of the reservation if you are a ‘no-show’.

 

**  Prepayment may be required if you are a large group or are booking a long-term stay.  We will contact you about prepayment options if it is required - we will not charge your card any prepayment without prior authorization from you.

 

 

Your safety is our concern.  Please rest assured that the credit card vault service we use to store credit card information is GDPR compliant, which means it follows the strictest privacy and security laws in the world.  All credit card information is automatically and permanently deleted after your stay.
